Extra Monitoring in the Home

Even when caregivers are not with your loved one, have peace of mind. We can still monitor your loved one.

If necessary, we may use a home health monitoring system to help track your loved one’s blood pressure, heart rate and temperature. This technology allows us to check on your loved one even when a caregiver is not there and determine if she is comfortable. Changes in blood pressure, heart rate and temperature may indicate discomfort. If we find your loved one may be uncomfortable, a nurse will visit your loved one as soon as possible to help her feel better and give you peace of mind.
